Brianna McCoy

I always knew no matter where life takes me I will inspire children and I was lucky enough to accomplish such a wonderful achievement. I firmly believe that, “You can teach a student a lesson for a day; but if you can teach him to learn by creating curiosity, he will continue the learning process as long as he lives.” With that being said, I will never give up on a child even when they want to give up on themselves. Teaching is more than common core math, reading and writing. Teaching is a gift and when you have such a special gift, you cherish, hold tight, and do anything to protect the little minds of children. I have worked with all ages and I am so grateful for that opportunity. I have worked at Acorn since I was sophomore in high school so a total of  6 years. I look forward to continuing my education and to many more years inspiring and educating students at Acorn.
